Nine coffees and ten teas in every kit

Every attendee gets three coffees, three of each, and five teas, two of each. Your team tastes both during the event, with plenty left over to enjoy afterward.

Everyone brews together and compares notes as they go. Tom shows the group how to taste like a professional, how to pick out flavour notes and how to brew both better at home. The whole group stays together, with no breakout rooms.

You send a guest list. We handle the rest.

Send us the addresses, and we ship and track a kit to every attendee two weeks before your event. We send the calendar invites, video call link and reminders, and on the day we run the event. We ship across the US, Canada and the UK, for groups of 8 to 2,000.

Questions

How long is the event?

30, 60 or 90 minutes.

Can you ship to our country?

We ship across the US, Canada and the UK. For anywhere else, send us the list of countries and we'll confirm before you book.

Is delivery really included?

For most US, Canadian and UK addresses, yes. Very remote addresses may have a surcharge.

What if a kit is lost or delayed?

Every kit is tracked. If one goes missing or runs late, we send a replacement.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel up to 14 days before your event. You can reschedule up to 2 hours before it starts.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. Payment needs to be settled before we ship the kits.

Can we make it feel like our company's event?

Yes. We can add custom trivia and inside jokes, include your own swag in the box, and set up a branded page to collect your team's addresses.

Can we use this for a sales kickoff or customer event?

Yes. We've hosted hundreds of sales kickoffs, plus marketing events, product launches and customer pitches. Companies have reported higher customer engagement after adding these events to their pipeline.

Meet your host

I'm Tom, the Vancouver Coffee Snob. I run Canada's largest tea and coffee blog, and from 2019 to 2023 I hosted every major coffee event in Vancouver.

If you're the one planning your team's event, you know the hard part. Half your team lives on coffee, the other half won't touch it, and you need something everyone will actually enjoy.

So I keep it simple. No jargon, just coffee, tea and a few tricks that make every cup taste better. I've hosted groups of up to 1,000 people this way, and taught C-suite teams one on one.
