ABOUT US

We don’t want to be another boring events company. We want all of our events to be fun, entertaining, educational and with a focus on team building.

If we can’t design an event to hit each of those points, we don’t run it.

Period.

Jelly Donut Events was created to mimic our personality.

We’re sweet, delicious and you can’t wait to eat us… wait, that isn’t quite right, but hopefully, you get the idea.

We hold events that WE would like to attend. Things that are primarily fun to take part in, but at the same time educational.

Team Building

After our events, we want everyone to walk away with new things to talk about in their next team meeting.

Our hosts are trained in encouraging your group to work together in each event, as well as bringing people out of their shells with humor and interactive trivia.

Our events are perfect to build and bond a new team. But they’re just as effective for established teams that would benefit from an event to keep their spirit and morale high.

We’ve held events for interns all the way up to the C-Suite level employees of some of the largest tech firms and banks in the world.

Check out our viral blog post – 6 Virtual Coffee Tasting Event and Class Ideas here.

Sales Events

Our events can be inserted into online sales events to let you stand out from your competitors.

Think of it this way. What would stand out to you more – a straight sales pitch or a pitch where you tasted the world’s finest coffee in between speakers?

Our events show your customers you’re willing to invest in their time, by offering them an engaging and entertaining sales/event hybrid.

We’ve held sales events for some of the largest tech companies on the planet and have robust NDA and Data Protection Policy contracts we can sign to protect you and your customer’s privacy.

Who We Are

Our team is a varied collection of people who are always two things:

1 – An expert in their field

2 – Passionate as HELL about what they do

For example, our coffee events are run by Tom, a multi-award-winning coffee expert.

He runs vancouvercoffeesnob.com, Canada’s largest coffee blog.

He won an Honoree award in the Global Coffee Writer of the year awards.

He spent a large part of his career as a Teacher.

He’s hosted almost every large coffee event that Vancouver has seen over the last few years.

He spent part of his career getting paid to break into buildings to test their security!

Long story short – all of our hosts are curated to be the best at what they do but most importantly the most entertaining.

If you leave our events having had anything less than a great time, you can drop us a note and we’ll make it right.

Tom was our instructor and he was very knowledgable and witty. I learned more about tea than I even knew was out there! Thanks Jelly Donut Events!
