The ultimate collection of coffee! This event samples some of the best pour over coffee on the planet and follows it up with a killer latte.

Your group will start the event with a coffee tasting. They’ll brew the coffee themselves, learning professional tasting techniques and pro tips.

Then they’ll create a delicious, creamy and sweet latte to followup.

Each of the coffee choices have been hand selected to be the best we could find in the world. We’re talking extremely close to the standard of what you’ll find in high end cafes.

When the event is over, they’ll have plenty left over to practice their new brewing skills with.

How the event works

Two weeks before the event we’ll send out a box of three different types of coffee, a bottle of coffee concentrate and a carton of Oat Milk.

We’ll handle all aspects of the logistics – you only need to show up to the event.

We’ll coordinate with your group to send out calendar appointments, Zoom links (if needed) and email reminders as we get closer to the event.

During the event, each attendee will:

Learn how to brew awesome coffee at home.
Become a master of making lattes.
Learn how to develop their palate for tasting coffee, lattes and anything else.
Learn amazing hacks to turbocharge their home brewing.
Bond as a team over a shared task.
Walk away from the event with a new skill set.

We can even work with you to customize the event with in jokes, hyper relevant trivia and custom swag.

Meet your host

Tom Fitzgerald

Our host Tom, aka Vancouver Coffee Snob, runs Canada’s largest coffee blog and is a staple in the coffee community for public speaking events and presentations.

In 2019 and 2020 he was the MC of every major coffee event in Vancouver.
He runs a sellout monthly coffee education event called “Pinkies Out Coffee Club”.
Tom has appeared on CityTV, CBC, News1130 and several other media outlets as a coffee expert.
2020 saw him win an Honoree award in the Global Coffee Writer of the Year Awards.
Tom has a very laid-back and relaxed presenting style, focusing more on fun than snobbery!
He has a focus on entertaining and educating guests with anecdotes, jokes and audience participation.
Tom has experience presenting in front of groups of up to 1000 people down to one on one sessions with C-Suite level employees.
